Shipping Policy

Ayurveda Amrita ("we" and "us") is the operator of ( ("Website"). By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

1. General

1.1 Out of stock items

We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause, If your item is out of stock, we will contact you within 2 business days to discuss how you would like the order to be handled.

1.2 Address changes

Shipping/billing address can’t be changed once the order is placed.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.

This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.

3. Delivery Terms

3.1 Transit Time Domestically

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 7 days (Due to COVID-19, we cannot commit on delivery timelines. We do request you to bear with us in the case of slight delays).

3.2 Transit time Internationally

Currently we do not ship Internationally.

3.3 Dispatch Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days. Our warehouse is located in Jaipur, Rajasthan and operates 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Monday – Saturday. Excluding public holidays. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

3.4 Delivery Time Exceeded

If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us on WhatsApp +91 8306977768 or [email protected] so that we can conduct an investigation.

5. Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a AWB number from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

5.1 OTP

Certain courier partners may request an OTP to complete delivery. This will need to be provided for completion of delivery. OTP will be sent to the number inputted at time of placing the order.
